Melusai Ironscale

The Melusai Ironscale is a war-leader of the serpent-aelves, one of the Melusai born from the twisted remnants of aelf souls Morathi tore from the belly of the Slaanesh. Half-aelf and half-serpent, an Ironscale towers over her sisters, coiling through the battle-line with lethal grace as she directs the Blood Sisters and Blood Stalkers in Khaine's bloody worship.

Cold and imperious, she wields a keening blade and the mesmerising menace of her kind, her very gaze enough to freeze a mortal in place long enough for the killing stroke to fall. Among the Daughters of Khaine the Melusai are among the most fanatical, for they know exactly what they are and to whom they owe their tortured existence, and they repay that debt in rivers of blood. An Ironscale leads from the front of the serpentine host, her tail lashing, her scales turning aside blows that would fell an armoured knight. She is a queen of vipers upon the field, and the enemies of the cult learn too slowly that the coiling shapes gliding toward them through the smoke are not retreating, but encircling.
