Abhorrant Archregent

The Abhorrant Archregent stands at the pinnacle of the Flesh-eater Courts, a ghoul-king of such potent and all-consuming Delusion that lesser Abhorrants and their courts are drawn into his orbit like moons about a black sun. Where a Ghoul King rules a single warren, the Archregent commands a grand alliance of courts, his madness so overwhelming that it reshapes the perceptions of every creature around him into visions of imperial splendour. His power over death is formidable: he can summon fresh regiments of ghouls from the shadows, calling the desperate and the starving to his banner in their hundreds. In combat he is a monster of terrible swiftness, feasting upon the fallen even as he fights, each grisly mouthful mending his wounds and stoking his strength. To his subjects the Archregent is an emperor of boundless majesty; to the realms he menaces, he is a plague-king whose armies swell with every corpse left in his wake, a delusion grown so vast it can devour whole kingdoms.
