Flamers of Tzeentch

Flamers are among the strangest of Tzeentch's servants, headless cones of gibbering flesh from which sprout two long arms tipped with fanged, tongue-flicking maws. They know neither soul nor true mind, existing only to spread the fires of change, and they move in a grotesque, gravity-defying caper, bounding and hopping across the field with disturbing glee while acrid smoke pours ceaselessly from their bodies.

The warpflame that dribbles from their arm-stumps is no ordinary fire. Where it strikes, reality itself grows unstable: flesh may freeze to ice, metal soften into wood, and stone crumble to ash or run like molten wax, only to change again a heartbeat later. The effects are as unpredictable as they are lethal, sowing hideous mutation as readily as death. Being little more than instinct given form, Flamers are guided by the greater daemons of Tzeentch, who bend the capering creatures to their designs and loose them like living blowtorches upon the foe. To face a Flamer is to gamble with the very substance of one's body, for no two victims are ever unmade in quite the same way.
