Fenrisian Wolf Pack

A Fenrisian Wolf Pack brought a piece of the Legion's brutal homeworld onto the battlefield, great grey predators bred on the ice of Fenris and bound to the Wolves by ties older than the Imperium. Larger and fiercer than any beast of Terra, these wolves ran with the packs as kin rather than mere hounds, loping ahead of the advance to drag down the fleeing and savage the broken.

The sons of Russ felt a deep kinship with the beasts that shared their world's name, and many a wolf-lord went to war flanked by a pride of them. On the attack they were a terror few mortal soldiers could stand against, a rushing tide of muscle and fang that broke an enemy's nerve as surely as its line. In the Heresy they hunted traitor and monster alike, wild allies loosed at the Wolf King's command.
