Anathema Psykana Cadre

The Anathema Psykana Cadre are the rank and file of the Sisters of Silence, blank-souled women born without any presence in the warp whatsoever. To a psyker they are wounds in the world, holes into which sorcery drains and dies, and their nearness sickens daemons and severs the connection between a witch and the immaterium that feeds him.

Bound by ancient oaths of silence, they speak only in a wordless battle-cant of gesture and thought-symbol, and they carry executioner greatblades and bolt weapons to end the enemies of Mankind by more mundane means where their nullity is not enough. Deployed as the front line of the Sisterhood, an Anathema cadre advances into the teeth of enemy witchery with serene, terrible confidence, for the powers that terrify other soldiers are precisely the powers that cannot touch them.
