Bullgors

Bullgors are the warherds' living rams: towering bull-headed brutes layered in muscle, swinging axes that most men could not lift off the ground. A charging bullgor does not so much break a battle-line as erase the section of it he happens to hit, and what the axe misses the horns finish.

Their curse is bloodgreed: a hunger that feeds on slaughter and only sharpens with feeding. In the thick of battle a bullgor will gorge on the fallen mid-fight, blind and deaf to everything but the red work in front of him. Even the beastherds keep upwind and well clear of their own bullgors, driving them toward the enemy early and from a respectful distance, the way one points a weapon rather than commands a warrior.
