Annihilators

Annihilators do not march to battle. They arrive as artillery. Sealed in massive thunderstrike plate, they are cast down from Azyr directly onto the enemy, striking with the force of meteors and rising from the impact craters swinging. The shock of an Annihilator landing has broken sieges before the defenders understood they were under attack.

Only souls of exceptional resilience survive reforging into an Annihilator, for the process armors the spirit as heavily as the body. They are blunt, cheerful, and utterly without fear, treating each sky-fall as both sacred duty and the best moment of an immortal life.
