Legion Predator

The Legion Predator was the Blood Angels' main battle-tank, and even this workhorse of the Legiones Astartes took on the character of the Ninth in their hands. Where another Legion's Predators ground forward as blunt gun platforms, the sons of Sanguinius handled theirs with a hunter's poise, choosing their shots with the same care they gave the blade and placing each shell to open an enemy's strength for the assault to exploit. Its sponsons and turret answered enemy armour and heavy infantry alike, guarding the ground beneath the Legion's winged descent and killing what the angels overhead could not reach. The crews took a craftsman's pride in their machines, keeping the crimson hulls gleaming and their aim exact.
