War Dog Executioner

The War Dog Executioner is a ranged hunter among the packs of light Knights that run at the heels of the Chaos god-machines. Where its Karnivore and Brigand kin close for the kill, the Executioner hangs back a pace, bringing its plasma decimator and daemonic ranged weaponry to bear upon armour and monsters that the pack's claws cannot easily crack. Its role is to soften and to finish, stripping void shields and hull-plate from heavier foes so that the pack may fall upon the wreckage. Bound to a screaming daemon like all its kind, the Executioner hunts with a cruel patience, choosing its shots to maim before it slays. Traitor pilots relish the role of headsman, and a pack led by an Executioner will often herd its prey into the open, the better to see it burned down from range. Swift, cunning and merciless, it is the marksman of the damned kennels.
