Raptorus Rex

The Raptorus Rex was a heavy transport of the Silent Sisterhood, a swift and armoured conveyance built to carry cadres of Null-Maidens into the very heart of a witch-hunt. Speed was its purpose: the Sisters' work often turned on reaching a fleeing sorcerer or a manifesting horror before the working could be completed, and the Raptorus Rex delivered its silent passengers into the killing-ground with a suddenness few enemies could answer. Armoured against the fire it would draw and armed to clear a landing amid the foe, it disgorged its cadre directly into the storm, so that greatblade and flamer could be brought to bear before the warp's terrors gathered strength. The vehicle carried the same pall of dread that clung to its riders, for a hull crewed and freighted by pariahs was itself a rolling null-field that guttered sorcery in its passing. In the far-ranging hunts of the Heresy, the Raptorus Rex gave the Sisterhood the reach to strike wherever the witch was found.
