Flesh Hounds

Flesh Hounds are the hunting-beasts of Khorne, packs of baying daemonic hounds loosed by the Blades of Khorne to run down whatever their masters cannot be bothered to chase. Swift, tireless and utterly without fear, they course across the battlefield in a red tide of muscle and fangs, hamstringing cavalry, dragging down fleeing infantry and tearing the throats from any who break before the Blood God's warriors. About each hound's neck is riveted a Collar of Khorne, a band of blessed brass that drinks in hostile magic and unravels spells cast against the pack, which makes Flesh Hounds the bane of wizards, who watch in horror as their sorceries gutter and fail even as the hounds close the distance. Khorne sets them, too, upon the trail of oathbreakers and cowards who have earned his displeasure, and there is no hiding from a scent a Flesh Hound has taken, no wall high enough and no realm far enough. They hunt until they catch, and they catch almost everything.
