Isharann Soulscryer

The Isharann Soulscryer is a navigator not of oceans but of souls, an Idoneth priest-caste adept who perceives the currents of the ethersea, the ghostly tide the deepkin conjure across any battlefield. By reading these unseen flows, a Soulscryer can guide entire raiding parties through the spirit-realm and deliver them precisely where the enemy is weakest, surfacing behind the line or amid the baggage before an alarm can be raised.

More than a guide, the Soulscryer hunts for souls themselves, sensing the brightest and most vital spirits on the field and marking them for harvest. Among the Idoneth Deepkin their gift makes the difference between a raid and a massacre, for an enemy who cannot predict where the deepkin will strike cannot defend against them at all. Calm and distant, gazing always at something no one else can see, a Soulscryer treats war as a matter of tides and timing, positioning the enclave's warriors like a fisher setting nets, certain that the sea will deliver the catch exactly where it was foretold to fall.
