Razordon Hunting Pack

The Razordon Hunting Pack is a clutch of spine-covered reptiles driven to war by skink handlers, living artillery bred to defend the herds of the deep jungle. A razordon's hide bristles with barbed, dart-like spines, and when the beast is threatened it lashes its body and looses them in a hissing volley, a hail of natural javelins that can drop a charging warrior in his tracks or pincushion a rampaging beast. Ill-tempered and territorial, razordons need little encouragement to fight, and their skink keepers labour chiefly to point them in the right direction and to stay clear of the killing arc. Positioned to guard a flank or hold a stretch of ground, a Razordon Hunting Pack punishes any who approach with successive storms of spines, and should the foe close regardless, the beasts meet them with raking claws and snapping jaws. They are the bristling wall of thorns that guards the Old Ones' children at war.
